First , The Rules . Well The Rules are the most important part of Staying in our channel . Our Channel
is for a family and Friends chat so There are some rules that you will have to Respect so This Channel
can Stay With This High Level. and to make everyone Happy we putted Some Rules So That would
Guide you and helps you and teach you how you have to deal in #LebPoWeR .
1-Operators Rules :
A-No Abuse.
B-No Kick For Personal Reason.
C-No Using a Full Powered Script.
D-Respect all The Users Rules.
E-No Mass ban , Mass Deop , Mass kick , Mass op , Mass voice , Mass devoice .
2-Regular Users Rules:
A-No Abusive Language.
B-No Flooding(/msg , /notice , join/part).
C-No Clones.
D-No Inviting (#,Channel Name)
E-No Advertisement.
For The Operators Well Every ban by X will be Reviewed by The Manager or The Owner
and The Reason will also be Checked . Thank you

No swearing or vulgar language of any kind is permitted in the channel.
No NetWork/IRCop/Services Administrator mocking while present in #Lébanon.
Respect everyone at all times.
No warez or other illegal entities are to be mentioned in the channel.
No autogreets will be permitted (this could potentially cause confusion of rules).
Bots will not be tolerated in the channel at any time.
Nuking, as is on most networks, is strictly forbidden. Any attempts to nuke, DOS attack, ICMP attack, Smurf, or usurp
another users' computer will be reported to the proper authorities immediately.
Attacks on the channel (i.e. Seizing ops, op begging, etc) are also not allowed. This will result in an automatic akick
from the channel, depending on the severity of the situation.
There is to be ONE helper per user at any given time. Even if you feel you are more qualified never interrupt a helper
as having multiple helpers brings confusion for the user. If you wish to assist the helper in helping someone /notice them.
Mp3 and like scripts are not permitted to be displayed in the channel. These scripts can be distracting and annoying.
There is to be no advertising (private or channel) of any kind in #LebPower. If you wish to announce the release of your
script as a channel operator for permission first, then you can only if he/she grants it.
#LebPower is NOT a place to hold sexual or sex related conversations or comments.
Inappropriate nicks will be kicked and banned; this includes but is not limited to perverted nicks and satanic nicknames
